Part of the Self Composed exhibition in the Aviary Gallery, Jamaica Plain in 2018, SELFIE is a modern take on the nostalgia of instantaneous Polaroids pictures, blends the anticipation and tactility of the Polaroid process with heightened moments of discovery and delight using augmented reality. A Collaboration with Sofie Hodara we created interactive augmented polaroids, using custom markers, each image prompts participants to use their cellphones to record a selfie video that they can then watch in the polaroid.
